Yes, and it's a common request. The usual plan is a proper soak-off, then a BIAB overlay to protect the nail while it grows out, plus daily cuticle oil. Expect a few months for full recovery — anyone promising faster isn't being straight with you.
Do you drill off acrylic?
We soak off rather than drilling down aggressively. It takes longer in the chair but does far less damage to the natural nail underneath, which matters if you get sets done regularly.
How far ahead do design appointments book?
Weekend and Thursday evening slots for detailed work usually go about a week ahead. Weekday mornings are far easier to get and give your technician more unhurried time.
