Beeliar Nails (“we”, “us”) operates the nail salon at Unit 2/281 Beeliar Drive, Yangebup WA 6164 and the website beeliarnails.com.au. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number and the details of your appointment (service, date, time, technician preference and any notes you choose to add). If you phone us, we may keep a record of your name and number to manage your booking. We do not collect payment card details through this website — payments are made in the salon.

Online bookings are handled by Dash Booking

Our “Book Now” buttons take you to Dash Booking (dashbooking.com), a third-party booking platform. Information you enter there is collected and stored by Dash Booking in accordance with its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can provide your appointment.

Website analytics and advertising

This website uses Google tags (Google Ads) to measure how visitors reach us and whether our advertising leads to bookings — for example, counting when a visitor clicks a “Book Now” button after arriving from one of our ads. These tools use cookies and collect technical information such as your device type and pages visited. They do not give us your identity. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use your information

To provide and manage your appointments, respond to enquiries, and understand how our website and advertising perform. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above and where the law requires.

Storage and security

Booking information is stored securely by Dash Booking. We keep records only as long as needed to run the salon and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.

Access, correction and complaints
