Is a refill cheaper than a new set?
Yes, noticeably. A refill works with the base that's already on your nail rather than starting again, so it's quicker and costs less. Coming back every three weeks is usually cheaper over a year than letting sets grow out and rebuilding each time.
Can I always see the same technician?
Yes — book online and you can select your technician, or ask us on the phone and we'll match you to whoever did your last set. Your shape and colour history is on file either way.
What if I've left it too long between visits?
That's fine and very common. We'll assess whether the existing base can be refilled or whether a soak-off and fresh start is the better result. We'll tell you the honest difference in price before we begin.
